San Fran, Man!

So far, I've had a pretty good time in San Fran, doing as much touristy stuff as I could fit into the few days that I've been here.

I visited the Fillmore Jazz Fest, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Russian Hill, Cow Hollow, up and down Market Street, Haight Ashbury area (where I am now), North Beach, Chinatown, Golden Gate Park, SoMa, Nob Hill, Lombard Street, Coit Tower and a few other places I already forget.

On the sched coming up is Alcatraz, Beach Blanket Babylon, Mission District, Golden Gate Bridge, SFMOMA and a really cool old Photography Store I saw last night.

But my time's running out and the Internet Cafe is stacked.

Pix soon.

"This one time... at Curling Camp..."

So, it's true. I'm at Curling Camp right now.

Seriously.

I have really started taking Curling seriously (notice how I capitalize it?) and I heard about Four Foot Curling Camp, put on by Elaine Dagg-Jackson, a championship-level coach.

I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I have really enjoyed my time here so far. I have finally had the ability to work on my delivery (which has been in serious need of assistance) and some strategy that I'll need to build on with my team.

A great way to spend a week in the summer.
